Wheelie Shoes for Girls

How they roll. Wheelie shoes have a wheel set into the heel: lift the toes, lean back a little and glide. Most of these styles also take a front wheel, which spreads the ride over two points and feels steadier while she learns. The Cloud and the Pro-X LOW go one step further: a button on the heel brings the rear wheel out and tucks it back in, so there are no loose parts to carry.

Size by foot length. The Air Pegasus starts at EU 25, and the Photon Glow, made for kids, runs from EU 28 to 37. Most other styles go up to EU 40, the Cloud and Pro-X LOW to EU 41. Enter her foot length or a Nike or Adidas size in the size finder to see the size to order in each model.

Lights or no lights. The Kick Air LOW, Spectra Glow, Air Pegasus, Photon Glow, Plasma Flow, Pro-X LOW and Drift have LED soles that charge over USB. The Cloud and Nebula have no lights, a good choice where schools do not allow light-up shoes. Many styles close with a twist-lock dial instead of laces.
