** ORDERS TO TURKEY
Our LED models contain a small rechargeable lithium battery in the sole. Turkish customs sometimes restrict batteries on incoming international shipments, and this is outside our control. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of a different model or a full refund. Models without LED contain no battery and are not affected.

- The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Please note that our shipping costs are non-refundable. - During the Christmas season, shipping may take a little longer, so we recommend using the express shipping option.
- We process orders within 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, discussing the correct sizes of items with you, packing, and sending your order out. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
