** A NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS IN TURKEY

Our LED models contain a small rechargeable lithium battery in the sole. Turkish customs sometimes restrict batteries on incoming international shipments, and this is outside our control. If it affects your order, we will contact you before we dispatch it and offer you the choice of a different model or a full refund. You will never be left waiting or charged for something that cannot arrive.

Models without LED contain no battery and are not affected. If you are ordering from Turkey and would rather avoid the question entirely, browse our roller shoes without LED — the wheels and the ride are identical, only the lights are missing.

  • During the Christmas season, shipping may take a little longer, so we recommend using the express shipping option.
  • We process orders within 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, discussing the correct sizes of items with you, packing, and sending your order out. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
