The Kick Speed™ Nebula LOW Heel Wheel Roller Shoes get their name from the print across the mid panel: soft, overlapping clouds of colour under a glossy finish, closer to a pastel camo than to anything printed flat. The pink pair blends rose, lilac and cream over a white sole. The blue pair runs sky blue into navy and black, sharper and more graphic. No two panels read quite the same way as the shoe moves, which is the whole point of the pattern.

These have no LED lights. If you want the shoe to stand out, the colour does it, and it does it in daylight where a light-up sole disappears anyway.

Front and Rear Wheels That Come Out by Hand

Every wheel on Nebula LOW lifts out. Ride with the rear pair for the heel-and-toe glide, add the front pair for a steadier four-wheel platform, or pull all four and walk on the flat sole like any other trainer. Nothing is sealed inside the midsole, so there is no button and no hidden mechanism, just wheel units that slot into their mounts and come back out when you are done.

For a first pair, that flexibility is worth more than it sounds. A rider who is unsteady starts on four wheels and drops to two when they are ready, without a second purchase in between.

Twist-Lock Dial, Cushioned Low-Top Fit and a Platform Sole

Nebula LOW fastens with a twist-lock dial rather than laces. Turn it and the upper draws tight evenly across the whole foot, pull it and it releases. There is nothing to tie, nothing to come undone halfway down the pavement, and a child can fasten it properly without help.

The upper combines faux leather panels with polyester and cotton over a cushioned footbed, and the chunky sculpted platform sole gives the shoe its stance. The tread is slip resistant across the sections that meet the ground with the wheels removed, and the low-top collar keeps the whole shoe light around the ankle.

Sizing, Colours and Who Nebula LOW Suits

Nebula LOW comes in pink and blue, in US 1 to 8.5, which is EU 30 to 40, or a foot length of 20.0 to 26.7 cm. That spans children, teens and adults with smaller feet. Measure the foot instead of guessing from an older pair, as sizing runs differently between brands. Our size guide takes a minute.

There are no toe stops on this model, so braking is done by stepping down onto the flat of the sole. Read the safety guide before the first ride and wear a helmet, wrist guards and knee pads while learning.

Braking with Heel Wheel Roller Shoes can be done in two reliable ways:

1. Heel Brake (works in both modes):

Press down on the heel wheel of one foot while keeping the other foot flat for balance. This method works whether you are rolling with only the rear wheels or with both front and back wheels attached. It’s the easiest way to stop for beginners.

2. T-Stop (best for double-wheel mode):

When both heel and front wheels are installed, you can also use the T-stop. Keep one foot rolling forward, then place the other foot sideways behind it. The sideways wheels create friction with the ground, slowing you down safely.

For kids, teens, and adults, we recommend practicing these techniques in a safe, open area before skating in public. Always wear protective gear such as a helmet, wrist guards, and pads.
